We provide digital and consulting services. No physical products are shipped.

Due to the nature of our services, traditional returns do not apply. However, we aim to ensure fair and transparent refund conditions.

ELIGIBILITY FOR REFUNDS

- the service has not yet started, and

- the request is submitted within 7 days of purchase

Once a service has started (including scheduling, preparation, or initial консультация), it is considered partially fulfilled.

PARTIAL AND FULL REFUNDS

- If the service has not started → full refund may be issued

- If the service has partially started → partial refund may be considered based on work completed

- If the service has been fully delivered → the service is non-refundable

NON-REFUNDABLE CASES

Refunds are not provided for:

- completed consultations or sessions

- delivered digital materials (reports, recommendations, documentation)

- services that have already been performed

- expedited or priority services

- proof of purchase

- name or email used for the order

- reason for the refund request

SERVICE DELIVERY

After purchase, clients are contacted to confirm service details, scope, and timeline.

Delivery is performed digitally or via remote communication.

CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULING

Requests made in advance of a scheduled session may be rescheduled.

Late cancellations may be treated as partially fulfilled services.

REFUND PROCESSING

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe, depending on the payment provider.

We reserve the right to update this policy at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of these terms.
